[Platform] Install a Directory Service

Issue

The platform doesn't have any way to managed users or groups.

Application must do it on there own.

Proposal

Install a directory service like openldap or 389 Directory Server.

• Install the directory server
• [x] Create the directory template
• [ ] Documents
