Detect beta updates

Put beta updates in a separate section of the report.

This is when new builds appear but CVC doesn't point at them.

Also have to decide about edge cases:

• CVC moves and a new build appears, but CVC doesn't point at that build
• CVC moves into or out of range (and can be before or after)
• More?
