[DID] option to only apply the shift key restriction to double-click (not hover button)

An enhancement I think would improve this extension is to be able to say when the shift key restriction applies. My preference would be to require shift for the double-click, but to have the hover button appear without pressing shift.

The extension is good - and works most of the time for me - so I appreciate the work you've done on it.
