Special characters on passwords are exported wrong

I need to edit hundreds of syspass password categories, and it can be horribly slow, so I thought that exporting the list, editing the CSV and importing it back would be far more fast.

The tool worked indeed, but I have many passwords exported quite bad.

• passwords with double quotes are exported with two double quotes, for instance, the password t'"-tgeRT'(t'erg43 is exported like "t'""-tgeRT'(t'erg43"
• passwords with special characters have also issues, but opening the file in latin-1 (ISO 8859-1) seems to fix it this.

All in all, a good tool, but quite unreliable because the whole point is to have the passwords in plain text
