Some of the updates:
- All library functionality has been included in 1D (e.g. multigrid, particles)
- Silo output now uses curve format (standard multimesh did not work in Visit)
- Hypre uses PCG method because PFMG/SMG work only in 2D/3D
- Examples have been extended to 1D
