RuntimeError: `ffmpeg` can not handle the given uri.

I am having an issue with running 'Single animal tracking' on the computer at my desk. I keep getting the error: RuntimeError: ffmpeg can not handle the given uri.

It runs fine on my laptop (just a little slow).
