Noticed a few minor things that needed fixing/refactoring.

Fixed - Right side "Software" shortcut icon missing on certain distros.
Refactored - Pinned Apps drag and drop feature.
Fixed - Firefox ESR pinned app icon disappearing when adjusting pinned apps list.
