Ubuntu Dock not detected when choosing "Dash to Dock"

Is the latest Arc Menu v41 supposed to work with the Ubuntu dock, based on Dash to Dock? I'm using Ubuntu 19.10 (GNOME Shell 3.34) and the latest Arc Menu does not detect Dash to Dock (Ubuntu Dock), saying "Dash to Dock extension not running".
