Changelog doesn't scroll correctly on mobile device

When using a mobile device, the scrolling is unpredictable. It will sometimes not scroll past the latest build, and if it does it will not load more than a few changes.

How to reproduce: Use https://download.lineageos.org/oneplus3/changes/ or any other changelog on mobile device and scroll down.
