Device reboots and/or fails to reconnect when "Airplane Mode" is disabled
Expected Behavior
The phone should reconnect to the cell phone network when "Airplane Mode" is disabled.
Current Behavior
The phone never regains any kind of cell service when "Airplane Mode" is disabled. In some cases, it simply doesn't get service. In other cases, the phone reports "No Sim" and, a minute or two afterward, the phone reboots itself into recovery.
Logcat attached shows the phone is intentionally rebooting into recovery after various Java errors. Airplane mode is toggled at around 02:25:01.758, and the phone begins rebooting itself into recovery at around 02:26:09.029.
Possible Solution
Steps to Reproduce
- Enable "Airplane Mode" by tapping on it on the pull down notification widget thing
- Wait 30 seconds or so
- Disable "Airplane Mode" the same way
- The phone will not regain cell service, and, if "No Sim" is reported, it will crash. If "No Sim" isn't reported, enable and disable "Airplane Mode" again and it will probably crash after reporting "No Sim" this time.
