Reboot during boot after update to 16.0 20190824-nightly

Expected Behavior

The phone should boot normally.

Current Behavior

The phone reboot during the (nice) splash animation, before asking the password for decrypting the system.

Possible Solution

Downgraded to lineage-16.0-20190823-nightly-FP2-signed.zip using adb sideload, the phone boot fine.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Do an update from lineage-16.0-20190817-nightly-FP2-signed.zip to lineage-16.0-20190824-nightly-FP2-signed.zip on an encrypted phone

/device FP2 /version lineage-16.0 /date 2019-08-24 /kernel 3.4.0-perf-g1cb56b4 /baseband 4437.1-FP2-0-08,4437.1-FP2-0-08 /mods Google Apps, F-Droid
