The wallpaper should fit perfectly on the screen without any zooming.
Users should have the option to adjust or disable any zoom effect.
## Current Behavior

Even wallpapers with an 19.5:9 aspect ratio are automatically zoomed in.
No option is available to zoom out or adjust the size before applying.
Details near the edges are cropped out.
## Steps to Reproduce

Select a wallpaper with an 19.5:9 aspect ratio from the device storage.
Apply the wallpaper to either the home screen, lock screen, or both.
Observe that the wallpaper appears zoomed in, cutting off the edges and corners.
