Users should have the option to adjust or disable any zoom effect. ## Current Behavior <!--- Tell us what happens instead of the expected behavior --> Even wallpapers with an 19.5:9 aspect ratio are automatically zoomed in. No option is available to zoom out or adjust the size before applying. Include code to reproduce, if relevant --> Select a wallpaper with an 19.5:9 aspect ratio from the device storage. Apply the wallpaper to either the home screen, lock screen, or both.
