FAT32 storage can't mount due to time_offset invalid argument

Expected Behavior

The storage device mounts

Current Behavior

It asks to reformat it (fix the device as if it had bad file system)

Steps to Reproduce

Plug a fat32 storage device , sd card or usb otg logcat says:
