Unable to refresh / update SMSC number and send SMS

Expected Behavior

SMSC number update without problems.

Current Behavior

The SMSC field can't be updated. I receive text messages but I can't send them.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open phone dialer
2. Enter *#*#4636 (closed)#*#*
3. Select phone info
4. Scroll to SMSC field, tap refresh button -> Nothing happens
5. Enter "+33609001390" (with or without double quotes) in the field and tap left button (update) -> Nothing happens
6. Reload the page, the SMSC field is still empty.
