Wi-Fi broken & boot looks glitched (Dynalink, Wade)

Backstory

When I installed Lineage mostly everything went flawlessly, then I went to settings and I saw there was an OTA update available, after I installed it the TV rebooted and the screen glitched out and then booted into the OS. When I went to settings I found the Wi-Fi was completely broken, always disabled and cannot be enabled. I talked to a maintainer and he told me to reflash the DTBO, however whenever I went to the bootloader I completely lose ADB or Fastboot access which we determined was probably a factor of something weird with Fedora on my PC. He then told me to enable ADB Root and flash the DTBO that way but even after doing that both issues still occur, so then he told me to submit this bug report with the following attachments: logcat.txt dmesg.txt

Expected Behavior

Wi-Fi should be functional and the boot screen should ideally look normal.

Current Behavior

Wi-Fi on the device is not functional and the screen display glitches out everytime before it boots.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Install Lineage
  2. Update to the latest OTA
