gta4l/gta4ljt - Charging control doesn't allow charging after a charging session reaches the defined threshold once until a system reboot.

Expected Behavior

The device continues to charge like it does with the Protect battery option enabled in stock firmware.

Current Behavior

Enabling the charging control option in battery settings to limit the maximum charging percentage to 80% makes the tablet unable to charge when it reaches 80% for one time until the device is rebooted.

Steps to Reproduce

• Open Settings > Battery > Charging Control
• Enable it, set it to limit charging to a certain percentage (80%)
• Reboot device
• Charge the tablet to 80%, charging should after then be stopped.
• Use the tablet and drain battery, let's say until 50%
• Plug in the charger, it doesn't charge, until the device is rebooted again.
