No networks found when using esim, physical sim works fine.

Expected Behavior

Installed and activated esim should find and register on LTE networks.

Current Behavior

eSIM is functional but fails to find any networks. Only works if wifi calling is enabled and connected to a working wifi network.

In Australia we have decomissioned all our 2G and 3G networks, only 4G or higher exists and I suspect it is exactly the same as these two issues.

I also found what appeared to be the exact same issue listed on reddit and xda threads however I having trouble finding them now. These examples were other ROMS based on LOS21 and LOS22 and they said the issue went away when they went back to a version based on LOS20. Even though these were not official builds, I am reporting the issue based on an official build and I think this information is still relevant.

Steps to Reproduce

Install and activate eSIM while on wifi and make sure wifi calling is enabled. eSIM works, calls and SMS messages can be made and received. Disable wifi or disable wifi calling on that eSIM and the eSIM fails to find any networks to register on.
