Ability to disable SIM cards is not operating in OnePlus 6T fajita

Expected Behavior

The OnePlus 6T (dual SIM) phone should allow to switch off a SIM card

Current Behavior

The device does not turn off SIM cards on the "SIMs" page.

Steps to Reproduce

Navigate to "Settings" > "Network & Internet" > "SIMs". Current State: Two SIM cards are active and connected. Toggle switches are set to "on".

Action: Select a toggle switch to turn the SIM card #2 off.

A message window displays: "Turn off TMobile 1234?" (Cancel) (Turn off) Select (Turn off) Message window is dismissed. The screen is dimmed. No changes on the page. No response. No page refreshed. Tapping on the "SIMs" page does nothing. Scrolling the "SIMs" page - activates the "SIMs" page and both SIM cards are still activated. Feature to turn off the SIM card does not function.

Attempted to disable the SIM card 1. Performed same steps as above. Waited for at least a minute. Device does not turn off the SIM card.
