[FP5] Fairphone 5 does not reach Deep sleep on latest LineageOS 22.1 and drains battery

Expected Behavior

CPU should reach Deep Sleep States during idle times.

Current Behavior

Introduced in latest lineage-22.1-20250128 build the CPU does not reach Deep Sleep States. Battery drain is approx 3-4x higher.

Steps to Reproduce

Install LOS 22.1 Install any tool to read CPU states (Dev Check, EX Kernel Manager) Leave the phone idle with screen off for any amount of time. Check CPU in-time-states. No Deep sleep (0%) (see attached image) photo_2025-01-28_08-07-53
