Enabling VoLTE on LineageOS 22.1 on KPN.nl SIM results in Unknown Caller on all incoming calls

Sorry for creating this issue. I wish I could reply to, or reopen, #5990 (closed) but it's locked and I see no way of contacting the original creator or anyone else that can help.

I've tested this issue on LineageOS 22.1 on a Poco F3 EU-version with correct firmware and the issue persists.
