Microphone not working in calls through whatsapp and telegram since upgrade to 22.1

Since the upgrade to 22.1, people no longer hear me when I call over telegram or whatsapp. Calls through the phone app works fine.

Expected Behavior

When I call someone over whatsapp or telegram, they can hear me.

Current Behavior

I can hear the person on the other end of the call, but they can't hear me.

Steps to Reproduce

Call anyone through whatsapp or telegram.
