Low call with hissing sound in the guamp

Expected Behavior

When making a call, the person on the other end of the line can hear me normally, without hissing and at normal volume, without having to activate the speakerphone to do so.

Current Behavior

When making a call, the person on the other end of the line reports hissing and low sound. The sound only becomes good for the other person only when used on speakerphone

Steps to Reproduce

Make a call to any contact, the person on the other end of the line reports low, hissing audio, returning to normal when the speakerphone is activated, and the hissing returning when the speakerphone is deactivated.
