Unable to change keyboard (NX Android TV)

Expected Behavior

The settings menu should allow switching between the installed keyboards.

Current Behavior

Only the Leanback Keyboard can be selected even though Gboard is installed.

Steps to Reproduce

Open the device settings from the gear icon in the upper-right of the launcher. Navigate to System, then to Keyboard. When selecting "Current keyboard", only Leanback Keyboard is available for selection. When selecting "Manage keyboards", the settings app crashes.

My device is a revision 1 Nintendo Switch and Android is launched via the RCM exploit (via tether, not a modchip).
