ADB doesn't work on Switch v2

Expected Behavior

The ADB authorization dialog should show.

Current Behavior

It doesn't show and the device stays unauthorized, even after killing the adb server and trying again.

Steps to Reproduce

• Install lineageos on a v2 switch
• enable developer settings
• enable ADB
• run an ADB command
