No sound with wired headphones

Expected Behavior

Plug in wired headphones, sound should play, unplug should reset audio to phone.

Current Behavior

The closed Issue #7235 (closed) is sadly not resolved. After conecting the wired headphones, the sound switches correctly to the headphones, but the sound doesn't work in any app (remains silent). The second problem is that it stays on wired headphone after unplugging (like #7235 (closed)) and the whole smartphone remains silent until restart.

Steps to Reproduce

Plug in headphones. I've uploaded a logcat file (plug in headphones, play file, unplug): headphones.log
