No sound on headphone jack (USB C) after OS 21 upgrade

Expected Behavior

Audio switches from speaker to headphone jack when plugged in.

Current Behavior

Audio remains on the internal speaker, no sound on headphone.

Steps to Reproduce

Only need to plug a USB C headphone jack and headphone
