Messaging app doesn't Linkify `geo:` URI

Expected Behaviour

a geo: URI (eg. geo:13.123,12.123) should be interpreted as a link and opened in the preferred maps app.

Current Behaviour

the URI is not linkified.

Steps to Reproduce

• send message containing geo: URI (eg. geo:13.123,12.123)
• try to click it to open it in map app.
• it isn't interpreted/linkified.
