[LOS21] No sound recorded when recording a video

I found the same issue reported for another device here.

Expected Behavior

When recording a video in a system camera app, audio from the microphone should be picked up.

Current Behavior

When recording with either aosp, gcam, or miui (port) camera apps, no audio gets picked up from the microphone.

Steps to Reproduce

Open Camera app -> Switch mode to Video -> Record
