[Mi 9 SE] No ringing tone when making a phone call using VoLTE/WiFi Calling

Expected Behavior

Ringing tone should be heard while making a phone call with VoLTE and/or WiFi Calling enabled.

Current Behavior

When making a phone call with VoLTE or WiFi Calling, ringing tone is only heard for a fraction of a second, then the earpiece (or speakerphone) remains silent while the recepient's phone is ringing normally. Once the recepient picks up the phone, voice can be heard normally.

Calling on 2G is not affected, ringing tone is heard normally.

Edit: bug carried over to Lineage 21, same behavior was observed on Latest Lineage 20.

Steps to Reproduce

Enable VoLTE or WiFi Calling and make a phone call with either of these features being used for the current call.
