"[this app] is not responding, close, wait, feedback". Timeout set before sending an error is too short (and the menu "wait" and "feedback" don't work) Most apps have this issue when starting.
Expected Behavior
When I launched an app, the app should start (the OS should allow the app to start, the time out before starting the menu "2"[this app] is not responding"). (And the option "wait" and "feedback" should do what it says).

Several times per day (between 5 to 10 times) when I launch an app (most app, including the UI), the menu pop-up "[this app] is not responding, close, wait, feedback". It seems that the timeout set before sending an error is way too short (for this device that is rather slow by nature). Most app take much longer to start.

The only button that do something is "close". If I press either "wait" or "feedback" the menu pop-up every 5 seconds until I press "close" (5 seconds of waiting delay is too short for this phone, we need maybe 1 minute). Most of the time to open an app, I need to press "close" and launch it again. For larger app such as an heavy google sheet, I often need to do that 2 or 3 time to start it.
Steps to Reproduce
It's quite random, but I guess it happens only with apps that take a lot of CPU/RAMS (and thus are slow to start, it happens with pretty much any apps such as a google sheet, Ankidroid, Antennapod or even android settings like Bluetooth). It often does it when I switch ON or OFF the battery mode, or when I start an app just before or after charging the phone, or when an app downloads podcast in the background. (I guess the weak CPU/RAMS is easily overwhelmed).
