Echo with speakerphone while in call

Expected Behavior

When calling, if the speaker phone is turned on, the person on the other end of a phone call should not hear an echo of their own voice.

Current Behavior

The person on the other side can hear an echo of their own voice.

Steps to Reproduce

Receive phone call, turn on speakerphone, the person on the other side can hear their own voice.
