[UI] App Languages not fullscreen after swapping to work enviroment and back.

Expected Behavior

App languages app list should be fullscreen when swapped from work and back.

Current Behavior

Sets app list in app languages to half it's size when swapped from work and back.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have a work enviroment.
2. Got to settings -> System -> Languages & input -> App Languages
3. Swap from Personal to Work by either swiping or pressing the button.
4. Go back to Personal
