Edit Screenshot does nothing

Expected Behavior

After hitting taking a screenshot, hitting edit and selecting markup, markup should open

Current Behavior

Markup opens for a fraction of a second before force closing

Possible Solution

Steps to Reproduce

1. Take Screenshot
2. Select Edit on notification
3. Select Markup
4. Nothing
