Phone Cannot Be Prevented from Booting When Charger Connected While Off
Expected Behavior
If you enter the following fastboot commands it should prevent the phone from booting up every time you connect the charger when it is powered off. The commands, used when booted into bootloader, of course, are: fastboot oem enable-charger-screen fastboot oem off-mode-charge 1
This has worked fine in the past and it worked while still on stock Android 11.
Current Behavior
The above fastboot commands have no effect. The phone always fully boots up if connected to the charger while powered down. The concern is that if the power level gets too low, it may not be able to charge if tries to boot and fails.
Steps to Reproduce
The steps to reproduce are given above (except, the bug is that nothing happens) However, you can see that it works if you try it with a FxTec Pro 1 running Lineage OS 20 (Although the Pro1 stays blank and no LED notification light shows up, but it is charging)
