Random stuck on LineageOS boot animation

Expected Behavior

When you press the power button with the phone turned off, the phone should start up.

Current Behavior

When you press the power button with the phone turned off, the phone gets stuck in the boot animation indefinitely. It is solved by forcing the shutdown from the physical power button and restarting the system again.
