gallery photo details showing incorrect location

Expected Behavior

I took a photo in Florida, so I'd expect Location: Florida or similar when checking the details in the gallery app.

Current Behavior

For that photo, I'm seeing "Location: Uttar Pradesh, Gonha, 262901, India" instead.

Possible Solution

Seems to be dropping negative values when looking up the location.

28.29 N / -80.71 W is Florida, but 28.29 N / 80.71 W is India.

Steps to Reproduce

1. download above file, taken in Florida approx. 28.29 N / -80.71 W
2. open in gallery view
3. click kebab and open details
4. expected: Location row says Florida
5. actual: Location row says India
