Bluetooth unstable with certain devices, and media audio won't passthrough at times(OnePlus 8T)
Expected Behavior
Bluetooth devices should connect smoothly, not drop/in out, and media audio should pass with no issues.
Current Behavior
In the last several nightly builds I'm experiencing variable instability and some odd behavior with certain Bluetooth devices. I've noticed these issues with both a LG XBOOM Go PL7 and a Fiat 500 factory Blue&Me system.

With the Fiat 500 Blue&Me system, the Bluetooth connects and call audio works without issue, but media will almost never passthrough. I've completely reset the vehicle's BT system, forgotten the deice from the phone, power cycled the phone, toggled Bluetooth on/off, tried changing the AVRCP profile, etc., but nothing has helped.

With the LG XBOOM Go PL7, there are two flavors of the same basic issue, but neither are 100 reproducible. First, sometimes when audio is playing over Bluetooth (app doesn't seem to matter) and you turn the speaker off, audio will just keep playing from the phone's speaker. At times the reverse also happens where I will turn the speaker on, it will pair, but audio will never pass over to the speaker until I toggle Bluetooth and reconnect it.
Possible Solution
Unknown
Steps to Reproduce
Following the numbering from the description
- Fiat 500 Blue&Me system - Get in the car -> wait for Bluetooth to pair -> switch radio source to Bluetooth -> no media audio connection is found
- LG XBOOM Go PL7 - Turn off the speaker while audio is playing on the phone speaker -> observe | Turn on the speaker while audio is playing on the phone speaker -> observe (this one is not 100% reproducible but does happen often)
