USB-C Headphones Not Working

Expected Behavior

When I plug USB-C headphones in, the device should recognize these and play audio through them

Current Behavior

Currently, my oneplus device plays no audio thru USB-C devices.

Possible Solution

Before installing LineageOS on this phone, on the stock OS I would be able to go into settings and "Enable OTG" and that would fix the issue. There is no such option on Lineage.
