Cannot set MNC value within APN settings to the correct value for Mint Mobile

Hi,

Mint mobile requires the MNC field within the APN setting to be a value of 260 as documented here:

https://www.mintmobile.com/setup/android

When attempting to create or edit an existing APN to reflect these settings a number of undesirable responses occur such as the current APN being deleted with no warning. There is no way to get the correct setting and mobile data no longer seems to work correctly with the default MNC value of 240. MMS does still function.

The fix needed seems to be allowing an MNC of 260 as a valid entry. Also desirable would be a more clear response from the settings UI that indicates an error in the allowed APN settings rather then simply deleting the APN with no warning.
