Initial boot not going into Google setup after installing Mindthegapps

Expected Behavior

Initial setup is Google with Google restore.

Current Behavior

I get Lineageos setup. Impossible to restore from a Google backup.

Possible Solution

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install lineage-19.1-20220802-recovery-sargo.img
2. Boot to recovery
3. Install lineage-19.1-20220802-nightly-sargo-signed.zip
4. reboot to recovery
5. Install MindTheGapps-12.1.0-arm64-20220605_112439.zip
6. Reboot
7. Lineageos setup starts up instead of Google setup

/device sargo /version 19.1 /date 20220802 /kernel 4.9.317-gdc953d6a8fde /baseband g670-00145-220106-B-8048689 /mods MindTheGapps 20220605

I have read the directions.
