Games with Obb file can not be installed

Expected Behavior

I tried to install Angry Birds 2 and PUBG Mobile from Google Play Store, and it should be installed.

Current Behavior

It says "Can't Install App"

Possible Solution

I tried other methods to install PUBG Mobile. I downloaded PUBG Mobile from Apkpure and extracted it. There are two files, Apk+Obb file. Well, I installed apk file and moved obb file to obb folder(inside Android folder). When I tried to copy obb file using lineage file manager, it does not show obb folder, so I could not copy it. So I tried to copy it from PC to android obb folder. It worked. So I think lineageos 18.1 blocked android folder. That is why Google Play Store can not move downloaded obb file to obb folder, it leads to failure of installation. Please Fix this problem.
