Wrong date and time after restart when no network connnection

Expected Behavior

When I reboot my device in airplaine mode, it should keep correct date and time.

Current Behavior

When I reboot my phone in airplane mode, time and date are incorrect after reboot. Instead of showing the correct date and time, it shows the date of the rom build and always 2am (I am in Berlin timezone). So in my case, it always starts with Feb 28, 2022 and 2am.

Of course, when I have either wifi or mobile network on, this gets automatically corrected a few seconds after the launcher is up.

Possible Solution

None known.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Check device shows correct date and time.
2. Switch to airplane mode (i.e. no wifi and mobile data)
3. Reboot
4. Date and time are set to build date and 2am.
