Can't set logger buffer size to "Off" from dev option

Expected Behavior

User should be able to turn the logger buffer size to 0/off in developer options or from "logcat -G 0KiB" on.

Current Behavior

It would instead choose the 64K

Possible Solution

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open settings
2. Enable dev options and navigate to it
3. Scroll down and look for "Logger bufger sizes" option
4. Choose "Off"
5. Expect the choosed option to be 64K instead of off
