No VoLTE, VoWiFi on Ocean, LOS18.1

Expected Behavior

Activation of corresponding options in Settings should enable VoLTE and VoWiFi. T-Mobile US prepaid.

Current Behavior

Activation of VoLTE and VoWiFi in Settings does not enable these functions. IMS registration state in About/SIM Status is "Not registered". Calling is possible (both inbound and outbound), but the phone switches to 3G/H+ mode. After the call is over, the phone gets back to LTE data.

Possible Solution

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Activate VoLTE, then switch to LTE mode only (which is functional for data transfer).
  2. Try to place a call.
  3. Call fails immediately.
  4. Activate VoWiFi and turn off phone radios.
  5. Try to place a call.
  6. Call fails immediately.

/device ocean /version lineage-18.1 /date 2021-04-17 /kernel 4.9.206-perf+ /baseband M632_41.00.01.162R /mods Magisk, F-Droid, AFWall+ (turning the firewall off does not change anything)
