Won't charge after upgrade to 18.1 (high reported battery temperature)
Expected Behavior
When plugged into a charger (or computer): the phone should charge its battery
Current Behavior
The phone won't charge. Tested on 4 different chargers (that worked just fine before 18.1), with a variety of cables (that work with other devices). The only time it will charge is after a reboot. After disconnecting the charger, any charger connection will show in battery status something like "plugged in, but impossible to charge"
Possible Solution
It seems the reported battery temperature is erroneously high.

Just in case: My phone does NOT seem to be overheating in any way.
Steps to Reproduce
- Boot into 18.1
- Plug a charger (it does charge)
- Unplug charger
- Plug charger (it does NOT charge) (you can repeat steps 3 and 4. From what I see, only the first attempt after boot will work)
