Recurrent "Message access request" after connecting to car via Bluetooth

Expected Behavior

When the phone is connected to Car via Bluetooth it should ask for "Message access request" once in initial setup and not everytime it connects to the car.

Current Behavior

When the phone is connected to Car via Bluetooth it asks for "Message access request" everytime it connects to the car.

Possible Solution

Remove the recurrent prompts/request and remember the choice.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Turn on car ignition.
  2. Wait for phone to connect via Bluetooth.
  3. A request is asked "Message access request" to allow messages to be read everytime it connects.
  4. Allow everytime it connects to get rid of the notification.
