Mobile data randomly does not function (shamu)

Expected Behavior

Mobile data should work when WIFI is disconnected.

Current Behavior

Mobile data does randomly not work when WIFI is disconnected. The Network icon i statusbar has an x on it even if I have almost full signal.

Possible Solution

Steps to Reproduce

When WIFI disconnects I randomly get no mobile data. Some times i do and sometimes I don't. Trying to get it working I need to change from 4G to 3G then shut the phone off .Start it and then change to 4G (This procedure does not always work at first try). After this the phone will work changing from WIFI to mobile data for a randomly long time.
