Black screen after wallpaper configuration

Expected Behavior

Choose a different wallpaper which should then be shown on the desktop and login screen.

Current Behavior

Screen turns black after choosing a new wallpaper and so did the login screen.

Possible Solution

Steps to Reproduce

1. Fresh install of lineageos with system format, dalvik and cache wipe. Then start system
2. Choose 'rise up' wallpaper and confirm choice for desktop and lock screen
3. Screen turns black and you can't do anything anymore
4. Reboot and it stays the same, so the phone remains unusable VID_20190911_164111_
