v2 of "net: qrtr: mhi: synchronize qrtr and mhi preparation" breaks resume from suspend

According to kuruczgy on #arm64-laptops irc channel, 62db7aa3 breaks resume from suspend when booted in EL2.

Johan reported that v1 of this patchset actually works:
