com.sun.star file locations

Hi,

Where can I find the com.sun.star files which IDE_utils imports from? I've downloaded the LibreOffice SDK which has the interface (idl) files, but my IDE (IntelliJ) does not resolve the references. I'm guessing there ought to be Python implementations somewhere?
